Short Version
We do not offer voluntary refunds after a license has been activated or used. If the license is still unused, you can ask us to review a refund request. This policy does not limit any rights the law gives you.
14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right can end when delivery starts, but only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery, acknowledged the loss of the right before buying, and received the required confirmation.
If Something Is Wrong
If the product is faulty, not delivered, or not as described, contact us. Your legal rights are separate from our voluntary refund policy and remain available where the law applies.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in the immediate revocation of all licenses associated with your account and a permanent ban from our services.
Requesting Help
Open a private ticket on our Discord server. Include your order ID, Discord username, and a short explanation. If you want to use a legal withdrawal right, clearly say that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
